you did a wonderful job on the hair and the eyes.it seems to me that you lost
your patience on the bed sheet,that's a pitty,because the rest is drawn with a
lot of attention.

the backround fits really well,but the pose of the girl requests a more
agressive touch of it.dunno,maybe i'm a lil' bit too sadistic lately but all
in all thumbs up and have a great party

the shading is really good,nice work you did with the details,you should
practice more for your eye on proportions(head a lil' too big,hand a lil' too
small),but that takes time.it's a nice work afterall ^^

use of details,also the splitting panels,it really gives you warm feeling,if you
can say that about a manga composition.what it seems a lil' awkward(just a
little) is the fact that your characters and everything that's not from the
backround seems to be cut,there's a thin edge arround them,you can fix that by
bluring.
i find the pose really cool,eye cathing,it's a sign of versatility you
should concentrate more on the face,get rid of that straight face,but all in all
it's a really good work:)

the hair,folding of clothes,proportion and use of colours they all look great pink shirt hahah that's a nice touch^^
try to make the colouring strikes less visible.
